Terms Of Service
By signing up and actively using the barnyardfrenzy.com program you agree to all terms and conditions
set forth in this agreement. barnyardfrenzy.com may, at any time, choose to edit, add and/or delete
portions of this agreement and impose changes without prior notification of its
members. Members will be informed of any and all changes to this policy via an
email to their primary contact email address provided upon signing up with barnyardfrenzy.com.
If any modification is unacceptable to you, your only recourse is to terminate
this agreement. Your continued participation in the barnyardfrenzy.com program following our posting
of a change in policy notice or new agreement on our site will constitute binding
acceptance to the change.
Responsibility of Members:
You must be 18 years of age or older to participate in this program due to adult content. Our program
is open to both US and International members who can read and understand English without the aid of a translator. This offer is void where prohibited by local
governing laws.
You agree to and must use your own name and email address in the sign-up process
and may not assume a false identity. You may not sign-up multiple times with different
email addresses. Your computer must not be shared with another individual that
has an existing barnyardfrenzy.com account.
You will use your email address / password combination to access your account,
it is your responsibility to keep this information confidential, you may change
this information by logging into your account and following the "User Account
Info." link.
You are solely responsible for any and all use of your barnyardfrenzy.com account including authorization
by you to any third party individual who may use your account.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to
be inappropriate or illegal by barnyardfrenzy.com be detected it may result in member termination
and possible legal action. Any solicitation of advertisers for a confirmation
email for purposes of receiving credit in your account will be grounds for immediate
termination.
You must
maintain your e-mail account that you used when signing up with barnyardfrenzy.com. You agree
to receive e-mail advertising from barnyardfrenzy.com. limited to no more than (50) per day.
If you receive a mail from the WM or management of this site and do not reply within a reasonable amount of time your account will be terminated.
In the event your e-mail account on file becomes closed or blocked to messages
from barnyardfrenzy.com, your account will risk termination. This especially applies to e-mail accounts returned for being Full. If your mail bounces, it will be set to inbox only, located in your members area. If you change this and your mail bounces again I will set it to inbox only again. This will be done only twice. The third time your mail bounces your account will be deleted. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Barnyard Frenzy reserves the right to dissolve the "working relationship" at any time.
Should we exercise that right for reasons other than "TOS violations" on your part,
we will immediately pay your full account balance upon termination of your account. And all downlines, advertising and or any and all privileges to this site terminated.
This is unless you are found to be violating any terms of the site and then there will be no payment made!
In the event you become an inactive member of barnyardfrenzy.com, your account will risk termination. If you are inactive, meaning if you do not login to your account for more than 10 days at a time, and click at least one paid link, your account will be deleted. The only exception to this is if you are going on vacation (no more than 30 days)and you set the vacation timer in your member area or you contact us to let us know of your extended absence.
As of November 6, 2005 there shall be no new sign ups from the following countries:
CHINA, THAILAND,BANGLADESH, INDIA, VIETNAM, HONG KONG,TAIWAN,
SINGAPORE, LAOS, CAMBODIA, IRAN, AFGHANISTAN, PAKISTAN
OTHERS MAY BE ADDED IF IT BECOMES APPARENT THERE IS AN ABUNDANCE OF CHEATING FROM SAID COUNTRY
ADS ONLY AS OF NOVEMBER 6, 2005:
POLAND,JAPAN..OTHERS MAY BE ADDED AS NEEDED.
THIS WILL NOT EFFECT MEMBERS JOINING BEFORE THAT DATE.
CHEAT LINKS/READING TESTS/KEYWORDS
Although it is not something we want to have to do, it is something we must do..
Advertisers and other members pay or redeem for ads to be read;
therefore cheat and reading tests will be given.If you fail these tests
or click the cheat links or have bad keywords checked;
you can and will be deleted without warning!
And all earnings,points, referrals and downlines will be lost!
You have been warned of this and will not receive an answer if your account is terminated for one of these violations
This will include clicking more than 15 bad truing numbers in a month
If you do not agree with any terms of this site
you have the right to quit at any time. However if you quit, you lose all earnings, points, referrals and downlines.
You must be active every 14 days! Unless you are on vacation(no more than 30 days) or under a natural disaster
No one may log in for you and keep your account active.
If this is fond to be happening both members will be deleted!
You or someone must mail admin if there is a problem.
Those with bad keywords, inactives or cheat links are deleted every day.
ALL TERMS APPLY TO UPGRADED MEMBERS ALSO!!
Relationship of the Parties:
You and barnyardfrenzy.com are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates
any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment
relationship between you and barnyardfrenzy.com. You understand that you do not have authority
to make or accept any offers or make any representations on behalf of barnyardfrenzy.com. You
may not make any statement, whether on your site or otherwise, that would contradict
anything in this section. You are solely responsible for the reporting and payment
of any taxes for money earned while using the program.
Limitation of Liability:
barnyardfrenzy.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other
indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of
or related to this Agreement or barnyardfrenzy.com program, even if barnyardfrenzy.com has been advised of the
possibility of such damages. Furthermore, barnyardfrenzy.com aggregate liability arising under
this Agreement will not exceed the amount of the total fees paid or payable to
you under this Agreement. The provisions of this Section survive termination or
expiration of the Agreement.
Payments:
Members may earn by receiving paid-emails and visiting the advertiser websites
after they have entered their member ID in the area on the website provided by
barnyardfrenzy.com. Members may earn by referring new members to the barnyardfrenzy.com program. Members will
earn a percentage of advertising revenues collected by barnyardfrenzy.com. Members will be paid
via PayPal/Stormpay(.50 cent fees apply), Egold (only when and if available) Money Order ($4 fee). barnyardfrenzy.com will pay members when their balance reaches the minimum
payout rate of $45 set by barnyardfrenzy.com. Once the member has reached payout they may request payment.

Payments will be made within 60 days or a reasonable time after.
ADVERTISING TERMS
ALL ADS MUST BE IN ENGLISH!
ANY ADS FOUND TO BE SPAM WILL RESULT IN ACCOUNT TERMINATION!
NO ADS FROM KNOWN OR POSSIBLE SCAM SITES.
NO ADS FROM DRUG RELATED COMPANIES OR SITES
NO GAMBLING SITES
NO PORN OR THOSE DEEMED AS ADULT SITES!
From time to time, it is possible a link or ad may be sent for the wrong amount.
These links will be rolled back and proper amounts credited to accounts.
Upgrade ads must be sent with the proper amounts you receive for your upgrade.
Upgrade ads will not carry over to the following month
You may send upgrade ads any time during the month.
Advertising once received will be sent within 48 hours.
SPECIAL NOTE ABOUT ADS:
ALL ADS WILL BE SENT TO ALL MEMBERS, THIS INCLUDES SEARCHES AND PTP LINKS.
SEARCHES WILL BE MARKED AND SENT TO SEARCH FRIENDLY COUNTRIES ONLY!
IF YOU CHOSE NOT TO DO SEARCHES, JUST DELETE THE MAIL AND GO ON TO ANOTHER AD
PTP ADS WILL BE SENT IN MOST CASES FOR AT LEAST 1/10 CENT
AND ARE GENERALLY 24 HOUR ADS. YOU MUST ALLOW 24 HOURS BETWEEN CLICKS.
WE DO TRY TO NOT RESEND THE SAME AD BEFORE 24 HOURS.
POINTS ARE FOR REDEMPTIONS ONLY AND WILL NOT BE CONVERTED TO CASH!!

Site Activity
You must be an active member and must be reading emails as well as clicking banners and ptc's. this is a paid to read site and clicking a few banners every so often will only get your account removed. If you can not do the activity on the site then this is not the place for you to be!
Spam:
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING),
newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply
will result in immediate termination of your membership with barnyardfrenzy.com and may result
in legal prosecution. barnyardfrenzy.com strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal
crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated
immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be
held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations
that may arise from the Spamming incident. barnyardfrenzy.com may charge up to $5 per spam email
sent. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved
accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud.
barnyardfrenzy.com will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
